Description
Delphine Moralis is the Chief
Executive Officer of Philea (Philanthropy Europe Association) and the Chairperson
of the Board of Directors of Enabel, the Belgian Development Agency. She was
co-opted in October 2023 to join the Board of WINGS, a network of philanthropy development and support
organisations committed to ensuring philanthropy reaches its fullest potential
as a catalyst for social progress She holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy and
an Advanced Master’s degree in European Studies from KU Leuven.
Before joining Philea, Delphine served as Secretary General of the Terre des Hommes International Federation and Secretary General of Missing Children Europe. She has also held positions in advocacy and public affairs at Child Focus, the European Youth Forum and Cable Europe.
Her work focuses on promoting collaboration, transparency and innovation in the philanthropic sector.
