The implementation of the 2025–2030 Strategic Plan will be guided by four core values that define the soul of the ”la Caixa” Foundation since its creation.
- Responsibility, to ensure that the organisation’s actions are carried out according to criteria of management excellence and effectiveness.
- Integrity, to act in accordance with the ethical principles of respect, fairness and humanity.
- Transparency, with a commitment to maintaining an honest and open approach in all actions, fostering trust and credibility through independent and rigorous management.
- Social commitment, understood as a vocation to serve society, with particular attention to those most in need and a capacity to adapt to emerging challenges as they arise.
