Root for Nature is a powerful and contemporary immersive experience that offers a striking journey through the lens of biodiversity—encouraging positive action and commitment to environmental protection.

This emotionally resonant and inspiring narrative reminds us of the importance of preserving the planet’s ecosystems and reinforces global efforts aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Each gallery draws visitors into a distinct universe through cinematic projections, spatialized sound design, and an evocative original score.

Premiered in Montreal in 2024, Root for Nature was inspired by the historic COP15 agreements. The experience has since garnered multiple industry accolades, including the Distinction Award for Best Experiential Attractions and Best International Exhibit at the Numix Awards. Its upcoming collaboration with la Caixa marks the European premiere of the show.

The exhibition unfolds in three immersive chapters:

  • Chapter 1: An Ever-Growing World – A contemplative and emotional tribute to global biodiversity, inviting visitors to witness the beauty and regenerative power of nature.
  • Chapter 2: We Are Interconnected – A groundbreaking generative art composition that explores nature’s invisible networks, inspired by the Declaration of Interdependence
  • Chapter 3: Rising to the Challenge – A vibrant mosaic of nature’s resilience and human ingenuity, showing how we can transform our relationship with the Earth and help reverse damaging cycles.

Root for Nature is an ode to optimism—a celebration of biodiversity, art, and collective action designed to engage both the general public and educational audiences alike.

This exhibit is produced and travelled by Oasis Immersive Studios in collaboration with National Geographic. Additional project collaborators include the United Nations, the David Suzuki Foundation, Workshops for Biodiversity, the Age of Union Foundation.
